The scope of work for every project will be defined in the quotation, proposal, work order, or agreement shared with the client.
4. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based on the project requirements shared by the client.
Prices are subject to change if there are modifications in design, material selection, project scope, site conditions, or statutory taxes.
Quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation document unless otherwise stated.
5. Payments
Payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Delayed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work.
Any applicable taxes shall be payable by the client as per prevailing laws.
6. Project Timeline
Estimated project timelines are provided based on the information available at the time of planning.
Completion schedules may be affected by:
Client-requested design changes
Material availability
Site readiness
Force majeure events
Government approvals or restrictions
Delays caused by third-party vendors
Riya Interior Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline.
7. Design Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving:
Layouts
2D Drawings
3D Designs
Material Selections
Colour Schemes
Final Specifications
Once approved, any requested changes may incur additional costs and extend the project timeline.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate project information.
Ensure timely site access.
Make scheduled payments.
Obtain necessary permissions from apartment associations or local authorities where applicable.
Approve designs and materials promptly.
9. Materials
While every effort is made to procure the selected materials, availability may vary depending on suppliers and manufacturers.
If a selected material becomes unavailable, we may recommend an equivalent alternative after obtaining client approval.
10. Warranty
Warranty terms vary depending on the materials, hardware, appliances, accessories, and products supplied.
Manufacturer warranties shall apply wherever applicable.
Any workmanship warranty provided by Riya Interior Pvt. Ltd. shall be communicated separately in the project agreement.
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper usage
Water leakage caused by external factors
Structural movement
Damage caused by third parties
Natural disasters or force majeure events
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, drawings, concepts, renderings, photographs, graphics, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Riya Interior Pvt. Ltd.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
